Many of us intuitively already feel that there is an invisible spiritual world around us and within us. Some of us may already be more connected with this aspect of ourselves and others might just be waking up to this notion at the writing of this post.
I've spent this lifetime developing my own toolbelt of varied implements that work for me.
This post focuses on Mudras, which are a series of ancient yoga postures using only arms, hands and fingers.
What are Mudras? An Intro Video (1 Minute)
In the world that we live in today, we are often bombarded with uninvited information through the abundance of technology surrounding us. Whether it is through our own or others' TVs, computers and cell phones, it is a virtual torrent. If we don't learn how to manage and separate from this, we, especially Sensitives, can become overwhelmed and unduly influenced by the info-stream. Even sick.

SIMPLE MEDITATION
This prayer can be used as a mantra, especially when in a deep place of fear and words are difficult to find. I often use this with the Protection Mudra featured in this blog post. It was taught to me by one of my many teachers.
I am Protected
I am Provided For
I am Powerful.
Everything is in its Divine Working Order.
So, YES, through Mudras, the World IS at your Fingertips, which happens to also be the name of my last watercolor featured in this post.
